Farm fresh and homemade.

Share a meal and grab some groceries.

Fulmer's General Store is located on the farmstead in Beaumont.

Some might call it nowhere Mississippi.

But that’s its charm.

Grab a seat at the table! In the General Store, we serve a hot plate lunch Monday through Saturday (11 am - 2 pm) whipped up by our in-house kitchen staff.

Any given afternoon you’ll find lively folks sharing hardy laughs over country-fried steak, squash casserole, and bread pudding or maybe it’s pulled pork, potato soup, and lemon cake today. You might even leave with a few new friends.

Fresh, all-natural bread is our thing.

Our bakery is the heartbeat of the General Store. Every day our in-house baker arrives early to mix up fresh batches of dough. On our shelves you’ll find a creative variety of breads: cinnamon raisin, jalepeño, traditional white and wheat, and seasonal fruit flavors. Just wait until you lay eyes on a giant loaf of the best sourdough around!

And then there’s coconut pie, pound cake, sweet potato pie, homemade holiday candies, cookies, turnovers, and any other deliciousness that can be imagined.

Catering and special orders are always welcome! Call or email for details and quotes.

Groceries for all reasons and seasons.

Our General Store is a transport back in time with a dash of modernity. Whether you’re picking out souvenirs of your day on the farm or checking off your holiday grocery list or popping in for a quick dinner solution, Fulmer’s has it covered. There really is something for everyone!

  • Nostalgic finds for sale from practical horse gear and vintage (but functional!) farm implements to sturdy furniture and household decor.

  • Pantry staples like preserves and jams, canned vegetables and fruits made from our homegrown produce, spices and bulk baking goods, and kitchenware.

  • Refrigerated essentials: farm eggs, cheese, and frozen meats and dinners.

  • Knives from well known brands such as Rough Ryder, Honey Badger, and Case.

  • On our bookshelves you’ll find topics from backyard chickens to biographies to boating.

  • Our produce section features potatoes, squash, tomatoes, crab apples… anything we grow here and source from other local farmers. You can pick up seed packets to start your own garden too!

  • A straw hat to set off your laid-back style? How about toys for the grandkids? Maybe boutique soaps by local artisans... and a pair of hand-crafted rocking chairs for a very special gift.
