Vendor Refund and Cancellation Policy

We are thrilled to have you as a part of our Fall Festival! Please read our policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

Refunds

Refunds for vendor booths are available through July 31. After this date all sales are final, and we cannot offer any refunds. This policy is in place to ensure the smooth operation and planning of the event. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to participating in our festival.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your vendor booth reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. After July, no refunds will be issued. However, we can offer the option to transfer your booth fee to secure a spot at next year's event. The transfer must be approved by festival organizers.

2026 Pecan Festival Arts & Crafts Vendor Registration

A single vendor space without electricity is $150 through June. Beginning July 1, rate increases to $175.

Electricity is an add-on option for $40.

SIZE = 12 × 12 ft

Purchase 2 or more if you need more spaces.

Vendors must provide own shelter, chairs, tables, and displays. Vendors agree to be present and open for both Friday and Saturday during the festival operating hours.

We try to accommodate your preferred location. We cannot guarantee that you will get the exact location of choice.
