We are thrilled to have you as a part of our Fall Festival! Please read our policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

Refunds

Refunds for vendor booths are available through August 31. After this date all sales are final, and we cannot offer any refunds. This policy is in place to ensure the smooth operation and planning of the event. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to participating in our festival.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your vendor booth reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. After August 31, no refunds will be issued. However, we can offer the option to transfer your booth fee to secure a spot at next year's event. The transfer must be approved by festival organizers.
